University of Saint Mary Insurance Requirements

All international (ITL), undergraduate nursing (NUR), graduate nursing (NSP), undergraduate athletes (ATH), graduate athlete (GRA), undergraduate resident (RES), graduate resident (SPE), Doctorate of Physical therapy/ DPT (PHT), Doctorate of Occupational Therapy (OTH) and ABSN Nursing (COL) students are required to have primary Medical insurance. You must have a minimum of 6 credit hours for graduates and a minimum 9 credit hours if you are undergraduate student to enroll in coverage. This requirement can vary per department so please contact your department if you have questions regarding your eligibility. Your specific departments will collect proof of coverage.
