University of Colorado Denver International is pleased to offer this student health insurance plan for eligible students. All Practical Training students applying for coverage in this plan must submit an application by visiting the Enrollment Form link below.

Enrollment:
Step 1: Once you have submitted your online insurance application (enrollment form link below), your eligibility will be verified by a University of Colorado Denver International staff member.

Step 2: Once the University of Colorado Denver International has verified your eligibility and approved your insurance application, you will receive an email with instructions on how to make your payment.

Note: Enrollment is not complete until UHCSR has received your payment.
